We are pleased to announce that Henry Chan, Director of Product Strategy and Partnerships at the Trusted Notifier Network, is joining us at Nordic Domain Days 2026.
Henry brings 17+ years of experience that spans both ccTLD and gTLD registry operations, enterprise digital asset management, and cross-industry partnerships. Senior roles at HKIRC, CSC, and Nominet sit behind him; today his work is focused squarely on building the collaborative frameworks the industry needs to combat DNS abuse and strengthen online trust.
In his Tuesday morning session on the Policy stage, "Introducing the Trusted Notifier Network: A New Infrastructure for DNS Abuse Coordination," Henry will introduce TNN itself, a neutral nonprofit that professionalises the relationship between abuse reporters and the registry, registrar, hosting, and platform layers. Expect a clear explanation of TNN’s VINA framework (Verified, Indemnified, Non-automated, Accuracy), the trust model behind its Trusted Notifier qualification standards, and a concrete look at where the project sits in the wider ecosystem today. The session closes with an open discussion on participation and collaboration, which is precisely the conversation NDD is good at hosting.
If you have ever filed an abuse report, received one, or been responsible for what happens next, this session is for you.
Welcome to Stockholm, Henry. We are looking forward to it.
