Since launching topDNS (topdns.eco) in 2022, Thomas has been instrumental in uniting industry stakeholders in the fight against DNS abuse. His continued service on ICANN's GNSO Council and his work through eco Association have positioned him at the forefront of policy development and industry advocacy.

As both an attorney-at-law and domain law expert, Thomas brings unique insights into the intersection of legal requirements, policy development, and practical implementation.
